Certified Copies of power of Attorney	$15 FOR EACH POWER OF ATTORNEY
Copies of Journal Entry	$0.30 per page

Dear Client:

This letter is to confirm our understanding of the services I will render to you in connection with the preparation of your tax returns. That my fees are flat rate pricing all forms and states included, $250.

I will prepare your federal and state income tax returns from information you submit to me. I will not audit or verify the data you submit; although I will use my professional judgment and I may ask you to clarify some of it or furnish me with additional data. I will use my professional judgment in preparing your returns. I will resolve questions involving application of tax rules in your favor, if there is reasonable justification for doing so. I will provide you with a copy of the tax returns for retention in your files. You have the option to have the IRS prepare your return for free.

By your signature below, you are confirming to me that you have the necessary records to support the deductions claimed on these tax returns, including travel and entertainment expenses and that you will carefully examine and approve your completed tax returns before signing and E-filing or mailing them to the tax authorities.

My fee for these services will be based upon my standard rates. Fees and costs are due and payable when you pick up your return. Before they are E-filed.

Your returns are subject to review by taxing authorities. I am available to answer inquiries on specific tax matters and will assist the representation you choose. Such services are included in my fee for the preparation of the returns. Other representation is not included.
